I am a Nigerian. I had my MBBS from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Nigeria in 2000. I then embarked on my residency programme six years later at Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) where I obtained my Fellowship in West African College of Surgeons (FWACS). During my residency, I attended various courses and conferences to improve my skills and knowledge in my chosen field. Among these are Laparoscopy courses (FMAS, DMAS) India, Reproductive health in developing countries (DRH) Liverpool and I recently completed a Masters in Public Health (MPH) Leeds.
Aside from supervising my junior colleagues during my residency, I participated in volunteering services where I gave presentations on different Obs & Gyn health topics in gatherings, audio and visual media. In addition, I performed cervical cancer screenings among different female groups. I enjoy taking up challenges. My hobbies include playing table-tennis, swimming and cooking.
